Undergraduate studies in communications at the Hebrew University will help you deepen your understanding of issues that shed light on our mediated lives. Our courses cover such topics as: communication and political behavior, psychology and communication, media and public opinion, digital journalism, visual communication, language and communication, history and philosophy of communication, social media and digital culture, and more. Alongside the main theoretical and research-focused studies, the program also offers practical courses and workshops on screenwriting, editorial and journalistic writing, advertising and public speaking, television, digital media and user experience, narratives and dialogue between groups in conflict, podcast production, and more.
The program also offers an internship for second and third-year students, and an honors program for academically outstanding students.
The BA program is primarily taught in Hebrew, with the exception of a small number of courses. For a more detailed outline of the program please consult our Hebrew website
